I am a certified Executive Coach and Training Design Consultant passionate about helping people and businesses achieve their goals through transformational learning experiences.

I do this as a:

·       PMP® Certified Project & Program Manager

For over 30 years I have provided a multitude of professional support services for companies in various industries. My work includes one-on-one and group coaching, managing comprehensive leadership development programs, designing award-winning curriculum programs, leading process design initiatives, creating DE&I programs, and leading teams.

I hold a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, from the University of Kansas.

My professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP®), Prosci® Change Management Practitioner, GROW Certified Professional Coaching, and CRI Instructional Design.

As a published freelance writer, my work has appeared in Upscale Magazine, On Common Ground Magazine, The Kansas State Globe, and various non-profit and corporate publications.

Faith and prayer are my most important tools and when I am not working you can find me reading a good book, taking a long walk, going to Zumba, or spending time with my husband, our grown children, and our goofy pup Scooter.
